Opt-out Right for California Consumers

What is the Opt-Out Right for California Consumers?

Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) introduced new data privacy rights for Californians, including the right for consumers to opt-out of having their personal information “sold,” as defined under the CCPA. As we explain in our State Privacy Disclosures, the CCPA’s definition of “sale” is broad and includes sharing practices common among online marketplaces.

ochybridtech (through its websites) may sell personal information for money. In addition, we do share information for a variety of other purposes, such as to tailor your online experience or provide more relevant advertisements to you. You can tell us not to use your ochybridtech (through its websites) activity to customize advertising we show you, whether via ochybridtech (through its websites) or anywhere else on the web, by opting out using the toggle below.

This Opt-Out is designed for California Consumers, as defined by CCPA.
